Information needed to add you as an authorized user: such as your legal name, date of birth, and address. We ask for this only after you choose a plan, and only what the card issuer requires.
Information from your credit review: details about your credit that you share with us during your 1-on-1 session.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Website usage: basic analytics and cookies from our website host to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

To add you as an authorized user and deliver your plan.
To schedule and run your credit review sessions.
To contact you about your plan, including onboarding emails and updates.
To handle refund requests under our guarantee.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the card account holder and issuer as needed to add you as an authorized user, with service providers who help us run the business (such as our website host, email, and payment processor), and when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your plan is active and for as long as needed afterward to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@boostlycreditscore.com. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure.
